I won a recipe contest!

I submitted my really simple Ribeye Steak Sub Recipe. My idea for this recipe was that if the steak is tasty enough you really don't need too many other ingredients. I guess Roseda Farms agreed with me! The winner of the recipe contest got a gift certificate for Roseda Beef! What a perfect gift!!!!

Is that the coolest box ever?

I bought the following:

2 t-bone steaks
2 filet mignon steaks
1 top round
2 NY strip steaks
A pack of steakburgers

This should keep me busy for a couple of weeks at least!!! I plan on doing a roast beef with the top round. Normally I use an eye round but I figure a Roseda top round should make dynamite roast beef! And obviously we all know what will happen with the steaks: simple salt and pepper!
