How to Make Spicy Sriracha Mayo Burger Sauce
I have had an overwhelming response about just how amazing this sriracha mayo sauce is, with a bunch of suggestions on its use, ranging from a potato chip dipping sauce to a burger sauce.
I tested it out as a burger sauce, and yes, it works well!!!
This might be my new favorite way of making a burger. I used a pretzel roll, grilled Vidalia onions, fresh avocado, a fried egg, and cheddar cheese, all smothered with sriracha mayo. Wow!
Sriracha Mayo Burger Sauce
Servings 10
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Lime Juice and zest
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and add a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Store up to 3 weeks in the fridge
Notes
This sauce can be used for dipping potato chips, dunking smoked onions rings, or poured on any burger or chicken sandwich. Be creative!
