- Lamb Chops - Bacon - Olive Oil - Garlic - Kosher Salt - Coarse Black Pepper - Granulated Onion - Canola Oil

Ingredients

Step 1

Cut the lamb chops into single-bone portions. Trim off any excess fat and french the bones for a cleaner presentation.

Step 2

Marinate the Lamb for at least 1 hour (preferably 2-4) with Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion.

Step 3

Once the lamb chops are marinated, wrap the meat of each chop with a slice of bacon and pin the bacon with a toothpick, so it doesn't fall off.
