BANG BANG SHRIMP DIP

If you are looking for a shrimp dip with cream cheese and chili sauce that’s perfect for parties or tailgates this recipe is amazing hot or cold.

Ingredients

– 1 lb Shrimp – 8 oz Cream Cheese – ¼ cup Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp Sweet Thai Chili     Sauce – 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek – 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro     or Parsley – 1 tsp Togarashi – ¼ cup Diced Celery – ¼ cup Diced Seedless     Cucumbers – 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Step 1

Peel and devein shrimp, place in a pot of water filled about 2 inches above the shrimp.

Step 2

Bring to a boil. Then immediately drain water and run shrimp under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Step 3

Chill shrimp in fridge until  completely cooled.

Step 4

Combine softened cream cheese, mayo, Thai chili sauce and Sambal Oelek. Whisk until smooth.
