BLUE CHEESE BUTTER FOR STEAK

This blue cheese compound butter is loaded with fresh  herbs, green onions, and creamy blue cheese making it the perfect pairing for a  juicy steak.

Ingredients

-Butter -Blue Cheese -Fresh Parsley -Scallions -Garlic -Steak Sauce

Step 1

The first step is to make sure your butter is completely softened but not melted.

Step 2

Chop up your herbs, scallions, and garlic then add to the bowl along with the softened butter.

Step 3

Crumble the bleu cheese into small even pieces, add salt to taste, and a tablespoon of steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

Begin smearing the butter around in the bowl pressing the herbs and bleu cheese into the butter until fully incorporated.
