So satisfying! These boneless smoked country style ribs are tender, meaty, and will be your new favorite cut of pork perfection.

Ingredients

-Country Style Pork Ribs -BBQ Dry Rub -BBQ Sauce -Apple Juice

Step 1

Set up the grill or smoker for dual zone cooking with all the coals on one side. Aim for a pit temp of around 300-325 degrees F.

Step 2

Season the Country ribs liberally on all sides with your favorite bbq dry rub then let sit for about 20-30 minutes while the grill is heating up.

Step 3

Place the country ribs on the grill away from the heat source. Cook for about 2 hours then spray with cooking oil then flip the ribs over.

Step 4

Transfer the pork ribs to a 9×13 aluminum pan and pour in apple juice (optional) cover with foil and continue to cook for 90-120 minutes.
