These boneless smoked country style ribs are tender, meaty, and will be your new favorite cut of pork perfection.

- Country Style Pork Ribs - BBQ Dry Rub - BBQ Sauce - Apple Juice

Ingredients

Step 1

Set up the grill or smoker for dual zone cooking with all the coals on one side. Aim for a pit temp of around 300-325 degrees F.

Step 2

Season the Country ribs liberally on all sides with your favorite bbq dry rub then let sit for about 20-30 minutes while the grill is heating up.

Step 3

Place the country ribs on the grill away from the heat source. Cook for about 2 hours then spray with cooking oil then flip the ribs over.
