Burrata and Prosciutto Wrapped Peaches served over arugula salad with toasted baguette is the perfect light summertime appetizer.

- Burrata Cheese - Peaches - Prosciutto - Arugula - Olive Oil - Sea Salt - Black Pepper

Ingredients

Step 1

Slice peaches in half and remove the pit. Then cut each peach into about 8 slices. Wrap each slice with a ½ slice of prosciutto.

Step 2

Set grill temperature to about 400-450 degrees F. Grill the peaches fpr about 2 minutes per side just until the prosciutto tightens up around the sliced peach.

Step 3

Once the peaches  are grilled set them aside and grill your crustini brushed with olive oil until golden.

Step 4

Just before serving toss arugula in a bowl with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, slat  and pepper.
