These cast iron loaded Reuben fries have all the elements of your favorite Reuben sandwich just piled on top of hot, crispy fries.

– Corned beef – Sauerkraut – Swiss cheese – Russian dressing – Caraway seeds

Ingredients

Step 1

Chop up cooked corned beef and place in a pan on low with sauerkraut. Cook just until warm and set aside. Shred Swiss cheese and set aside.

Step 2

Prepare Russian dressing by combining mayo, ketchup, pickles, paprika, honey, and hot sauce.

Step 3

Fry your French fries using an air fryer or deep fryer until crispy, season with kosher salt.

Step 4

Once fries are hot, transfer to a cast iron skillet and top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss. Broil for about 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
