How To Make Chopped Beef Using Leftover Brisket

Brisket doesn’t always have to be enjoyed hot and fresh off the smoker. Refresh your leftover brisket by making this mouth-watering chopped beef recipe everyone will enjoy!

- Beef Brisket - Beef Broth - BBQ Sauce - BBQ Dry Rub - Diced Onions

Ingredients

Step 1

Cube up the brisket into large chunks and place into a foil pan or cast iron skillet along with diced onions.

Step 2

Pour in the beef broth, bbq sauce, and dry rub, then cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until beef is tender.

Step 3

Pour beef along with the juices into a food processor and pulse just a few times until the meat is shredded. If you prefer larger chunks, you can hand-chop the beef to your liking.

Step 4

Serve on top of sandwiches, tortillas, baked potatoes, or whatever you like.
