This corned beef Reuben Crescent Roll appetizer is an easy appetizer to bake and a great way to repurpose those St. Patrick’s Day leftovers.

– Crescent Rolls – Corned Beef – Swiss cheese – Sauerkraut – Caraway Seeds – Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees F.

Step 2

Cube up leftover corned beef and pulse in a food processor.

Step 3

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet pan and place a 3 inch bowl in the center.

Step 4

Once the crescent rolls are fanned out around the bowl spread out a layer of Swiss cheese, followed by corned beef, saurkraut and another layer of Swiss.
