CRISPY AIR FRYER STEAK FRIES

Steak Fries are the king of all fries because of their massive size compared to those skimpy shoe strings from the local fast food restaurant.

Ingredients

– Russet Potatoes – Avocado Oil – Cornstarch – Kosher Salt – Coarse Black Pepper – Granulated Onion – Granulated Garlic – Dry Thyme

Combine seasoning blend by mixing together, salt, pepper, onion, garlic and thyme. Combine seasoning blend with cornstarch and set aside.

Step 1

Cut potatoes into wedges so that you get 6-8 wedges from each potato. Wash the wedges under cold water, drain and pat dry with paper towel.

Step 2

Once the potatoes are dry place the wedges in a large bowl and coat with avocado oil.

Step 3

Place the wedges in the air fryer and cook at 375 for about 20 minutes. let the fries cool for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate for a few hours.

Step 4

This recipe will show you how to take russet potatoes and turn them into steak fries that you would find at a high end steakhouse but at home using your air fryer.
