CRISPY ZUCCHINI FRIES WITH CREAMY VODKA SAUCE

These yummy fries are both creamy and crunchy at the same time, plus they count towards your daily serving of veggies!

Ingredients

-Zucchini -Real Salt FLOUR DREDGE -Flour -Corn Starch -Grated Parmesan -Granulated Garlic

Step 1

Cut Zucchini into  roughly 3 inch by ½ inch fries. Toss fries with salt and let them sit for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Rince under cold water then pat dry with paper  towels.

Step 3

Prepare the egg  wash by combining Eggs, milk, hot sauce and italian seasoning.

Step 4

Next prepare the flour dredge by combining flour, corn starch and  seasonings.
