FRANK CAMPANELLA'S
– 2 cups Steel Cut Oats – ¼ cup Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp Honey – 1.5 tsp Baking Powder – 2 tsp Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp Cinnamon ground – ¼ tsp Nutmeg ground
Scoop the oat mixture into 6 oz greased ramekins and top each ramekin with a few blackberries. Drizzle a few drops of additional honey on top if desired and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Let the ramekins cool for 5 minutes before serving. If you aren’t going to serve them right away and want to enjoy them later, let them cool completely and cover them before refrigerating.
