Grilled Acorn Squash

Made with fresh acorn squash, this side dish is the perfect gluten-free grilled vegetable side dish everyone will enjoy.

- Acorn Squash - Avocado Oil - BBQ Dry Rub Spicy Agave Glaze: - Butter - Agave - Orange Bitters - Hot Sauce - Pumpkin Spice Seasoning

Ingredients

Step 1

Wash the outside of the acorn squash, then pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the stem of the squash, then cut the squash in half.

Step 2

Scoop out the seeds, then cut the acorn squash into 1-inch thick wedges. Toss the acorn squash with avocado oil, then season on all sides with your favorite dry rub.

Step 3

Grill the acorn  squash for about 45 minutes until tender at 350 degrees F.

Step 4

Prepare the glaze by whisking together melted butter with bitters, agave, hot sauce, and pumpkin pie spice.
