- Acorn Squash - Avocado Oil - BBQ Dry Rub Spicy Agave Glaze: - Butter - Agave - Orange Bitters - Hot Sauce - Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
Wash the outside of the acorn squash, then pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the stem of the squash, then cut the squash in half.
Grill the acorn squash for about 45 minutes until tender at 350 degrees F. Prepare the glaze by whisking together melted butter with bitters, agave, hot sauce, & pumpkin pie spice.
