Grilled Buffalo Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Hot & spicy buffalo sauce spiked with nutty parmesan & bold garlic makes this chicken wing recipe an absolute go-to during grilling season, & really, every season I’m craving hot wings.

- Chicken Wings - Baking Powder - Hot Sauce - Butter - Honey - Brown Sugar - Garlic Fresh - Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

Step 1

In a saucepan add butter, brown sugar, honey and hot sauce whisking until butter is completely melted.

Step 2

Use a stick blender to emulsify the sauce until it thickens and becomes bright orange Whisk in (do not blend) your garlic and parmesan and remove from heat.  Set aside.

Step 3

Season wings to your liking and then toss with 2 tsp baking powder to help crisp the skin. Grill for about 30-45 minutes over indirect heat.

Step 4

Pour a generous amount of the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Serve with celery and bleu cheese or ranch.
