GRILLED FRENCH FRIES

Grilled French Fries are a fantastic bbq side dish to make at your next cookout. Perfect with steaks, burgers and chicken.

Ingredients

-Russet Potato -Pickle Juice -Avocado Oil -Butter -Granulated Garlic -Granulated Onion -Cooking Spray -Kosher Salt

Step 1

Cut the potatoes in half and then into wedges, you should get between 6-8 wedges per potato.

Step 2

Rinse potatoes in a large bowl multiple times until the water runs clear. Fill the bowl with clean water until the potatoes are fully submerged then add Kosher Salt and pickle juice.

Step 3

Let the potatoes soak for a few hours. Drain the Potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel, then toss with avocado oil.

Step 4

Preheat Grill to 400 Degrees F. Melt butter then stir together with granulated onion and garlic then set aside.
