Grilled Meatballs On A Charcoal Grill

These meatballs have the best flavor. I decided to test out this recipe on the charcoal grill.

- Ground beef - Bread crumbs - Eggs - Milk - Romano cheese - Onion - Garlic cloves - Parsley leaves - Basil

Ingredients

Step 1

Rough chop the onion (about ½ cup), take the skin off of about ¼ cup of garlic and toss it into a food processor and pulse.

Step 2

Next, scrape out the onion, remove the leaves from the parsley and basil and toss them into a food processor and pulse.

Step 3

After everything is finely chopped toss it into a big bowl with the rest of the ingredients. The key with any meatball recipe is to very carefully and lightly mix everything together.

Step 4

It’s almost like a light toss rather than a rough mix. If the mix is too wet add some extra bread crumbs.
