Grilled Shrimp Skewers With Hoisin Bbq Sauce

These Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Hoisin BBQ Sauce are one of my absolute favorite grilled appetizers too serve at summer cookouts.

- Shrimp Raw - BBQ Dry Rub - Avocado Oil - Limes - Hoisin BBQ Sauce - Hoisin Sauce - Sweet Thai Chili Sauce - Sriracha - Lime Juice - Sesame Oil - Chinese Five Spice

Ingredients

Step 1

Soak the bamboo  skewers for at least 1 hour before you skewer the shrimp.

Step 2

Place 2 raw shrimp down on your work surface so that they are intertwined.

Step 3

Place the skewer through the center of the shrimp just above the tail so that the skewer goes through each shrimp twice holding the shrimp in place.

Step 4

Brush the shrimp with avocado oil then season with dry rub on both sides. Prepare the Hoisin BBQ sauce by combining all ingredient in a bowl and whisking until smooth. set aside.
