Grilled Taylor Pork Roll Recipe

This is a pretty easy tailgate so there won’t be too many instructions.

- A few packs of Taylor Pork Roll - A few sticks of butter - English Muffins - Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices

Ingredients

Step 1

Slice the pork roll to approximately ¼ inch or slightly larger slices. As with frying pork roll in your kitchen make slits on the sides of the pork roll to prevent curling.

Step 2

Preheat the charcoal grill to medium high heat and toss the pork roll slices on the grill.

Step 3

After the pork roll is grilled cut your English muffins in half and place them face down on the grill. Not too long or they will burn so keep an eye on them.

Step 4

At the same time put your sliced cheddar cheese on top of the pork roll. Close the lid a bit to help melt that cheese.
