Loaded Ground Lamb Gyro Fries with tzatziki sauce; perfect as an appetizer, game-day snack, or tasty weeknight meal.

Ingredients

-Waffle Cut Fries -Crumbled Feta -Kalamata Olives -Tomatoes -Chives -Tzatziki Sauce -Pickled Onions

Step 1

In a pan, crumble ground lamb and cook for about 5 minutes then add seasoning and continue cooking until done.

Step 2

Total cook time about 10 minutes. Once the meat is cooled, drain lamb onto paper towels and set aside.

Step 3

While the lamb is cooking, you can cook your waffle fries either in an air fryer at 375 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes.

Step 4

Once the fries and lamb are cooked begin layering fries into a pan topping with ground lamb, feta, olives, and tomatoes.
