- Paw paw Fruit - Heavy Cream - Whole Milk - Sugar - Honey - Vanilla Extract

Ingredients

Step 1

Peel all the skin from the pawpaw using a peeler or a paring knife then spilt in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Puree the pawpaw in a food processor then add remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Continue to blend all ingredients until smooth then transfer to a container and chill for at least 2 hours.

Step 4

Once cream mixture if completely chilled pour into the frozen ice cream maker cylinder.
