How To Make Chopped Beef Using Leftover Brisket

Put that leftover brisket to use and refresh it by making Chopped Beef and serving it on sandwiches, tacos, and more!

– Beef brisket – Beef broth – BBQ sauce – BBQ dry rub – Onions

Ingredients

Step 1

Cube up the brisket into large chunks and place into a foil pan or cast iron skillet along with diced onions.

Step 2

Pour in the beef broth, Bbq sauce, and dry rub, then cover with foil Bake at 350 for 1 hour until beef is tender.

Step 3

Pour beef along with the juices into a food processor and pulse just a few times until the meat is shredded.

Step 4

Serve on top of sandwiches, tortillas, baked potatoes, or whatever you like.
