Low Fat Pasta Salad Recipe

This is the Low Fat Pasta Salad recipe that you won't feel like you had to sacrifice flavor for calories.

- Small Shells - Fresh Corn - Cherry Tomatoes - Garbanzo Beans - Seedless Cucumbers - Sliced Carrots - Sliced Red Onion - Sliced Black Olives - Diced Bell Peppers - Diced Celery - Sliced Radishes

Ingredients

Step 1

Bring a pot of  salted water to a boil and cook shells for 8-12 minutes. Drain pasta and run under cold water until room temperature.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing by whisking all ingredients together until fully combined. Prepare all of the veggies  and herbs.

Step 3

Dice or chop  so that all ingredients are of similar size. Drain and lightly rinse the beans and olives.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl combine shells, veggies and other ingredients with the dressing so that the pasta salad is fully incorporated.
