Pellet Grill Baby Back Ribs In Two Hours

Make mouthwatering tender, delicious ribs in two hours with this perfect-for-summer Baby Back Ribs recipe!

- Racks Baby Back Ribs - BBQ Dry Rub - Yellow Mustard - BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

Step 1

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, then cut the rack into 2 bone portions.

Step 2

Toss the ribs in mustard coating all sides, then season liberally with your favorite dry rub.

Step 3

Place ribs on a cold pellet grill in the center of the grill, away from the edges if possible.

Step 4

 Turn the grill up to 400 degrees F. and shut the lid. Cook for 90 minutes.

Step 5

After 90 minutes move  the ribs to a bowl & toss with BBQ sauce coating then on all sides then transfer to a foil half pan & cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes to let the sauce carmelize.
