This Pellet Grill Butterflied Chicken Legs recipe is a quick and delicious way to get crispy chicken legs each time.

Ingredients

– 3 lbs. Chicken Legs – 2 tbsp Avocado oil – 2 tbsp BBQ Dry Rub – ⅓ cup BBQ Sauce

Step 1

Preheat the Pellet Grill to 350 Degrees F.

Step 2

Pat the chicken legs dry using a paper towel then make 2 vertical cuts running along each side of the bone so that the bone is exposed, and the sides are butterflied open.

Step 3

Coat the chicken legs with avocado oil then season on all sides with your favorite dry rub.

Step 4

Place the drumsticks on the grill skin side up for about 15 minutes before flipping over and cooking for another 15 minutes.
