Pellet Grill Pork Chops With Korean Style Marinade

These pellet grill pork chops with a Korean-style marinade are a little sweet, made with a bit of heat, and a whole lot of juicy!

– Pork chops – Scallions – Sesame seeds – Avocado oil – Sesame oil – Soy sauce – Ketchup – Sriracha – Garlic – Ginger – Korean chili flakes – Limes – Honey

Ingredients

Step 1

Prepare marinade by whisking the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Place the pork chops in the marinade for at least an hour, but overnight would be even better.

Step 4

Set the pellet grill to 400 degrees F. remove the pork chops from the marinade and pat dry. Reserve the marinade for basting.
