FRANK CAMPANELLA'S
Smoked Beef Short Ribs are at times the overlooked BBQ dish, but not anymore. These ribs are easy to make and taste incredible!
Preheat the pellet grill to 225 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl whisk together avocado oil and Worcestershire sauce then add in your beef short ribs and massage the marinade into the meat.
Let sit for 30 minutes or over night. About 20 minutes before you are ready to cook remove the short ribs from the marinade and season with a heavy coat of black pepper and your favorite dry rub.
Place the Short ribs in the pellet grill and smoke for 2 hours. After two hours spray the ribs with a light coat of cooking spray then continue cooking for another 2 hours.
By this point the bones should be pulling away from the meat. Transfer the ribs into a 8×10 foil pan and pour in 1 cup of beer or beef stock along with 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce.
