PELLET GRILL SMOKED BEEF SHORT RIBS

Smoked Beef Short Ribs are at times the overlooked BBQ dish, but not anymore. These ribs are easy to make and taste incredible!

Ingredients

– Beef Short Ribs – Avocado Oil or Olive Oil – Worcestershire Sauce – Coarse Black Pepper – BBQ Dry Rub

Preheat the pellet grill to 225 degrees F.

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl whisk together avocado oil and worchestershire sauce then add in your beef short ribs and massage the marinade into the meat. Let sit for 30 minutes or over nignt.

Step 2

About 20 minutes before you are ready to cook remove the short ribs from the marinade and season with a heavy coat of black pepper and your favorite dry rub.

Step 3

Place the short ribs in the pellet grill and smoke for 2 hours.

Step 4

Made with avocado oil, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and BBQ rub, these ribs make the best dinner party appetizer or main dish.
