– Mild Cheddar Cheese – Sharp Cheddar Cheese – Munster Cheese – Pepper Jack Cheese – Swiss cheese – Colby Cheese – Monterey Jack Cheese

Ingredients

Step 1

Place cheese in freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Layout Cheeses on the cooling rack with at least 2 inches in-between each block.

Step 3

Fill the aluminum pans about half way up with ice and place on the pellet smoker away from the heat source.

Step 4

Then place the cooling rack with cheeses on top of the pans.
