Pellet Grill Pork Chops With Korean Style Marinade

These pellet grill pork chops with a Korean-style marinade are a little sweet, made with a little heat, and a whole lot of juicy!

- Pork Chops -  Kosher Salt - Coarse Black Pepper - Scallions thinly sliced - Sesame Seeds Marinade: - Avocado Oil - Sesame Oil - Soy Sauce - Ketchup - Sriracha - Garlic Minced

Ingredients

Step 1

Prepare marinade by whisking the ingredients in a large bowl. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper

Step 2

Place the pork chops in the marinade for at least an hour, but overnight would be even better. Set the pellet grill to 400 degrees F. remove the pork chops from the marinade and pat dry.

Step 3

Reserve the marinade  for basting. Grill the pork chops for about 5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temp of about 125 degrees F.

Step 4

Baste the reserved marinate onto the pork chops on both sides until the marinade caramelizes. The final internal temperature of the pork should be between 145-155 degrees F.
