SALT AND PEPPER GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS

These 3-ingredient salt and pepper grilled chicken wings make for a great healthy lunch or dinner-time meal option.

Ingredients

– Chicken Wings – Kosher Salt – Black Pepper Coarse Ground – Avocado Oil

Set up grill for dual zone cooking with all the coals on one side. Aim for a target temperature of 375-400 degrees F. In a large bowl toss wings with avocado oil, kosher salt and pepper.

Step 1

Place wings on the grill opposite the coals and cook for 30-40 minutes. Spray with cooking oil then cook for another 10-15 minutes until wings reach an internal temp of around 190 degrees F.

Step 2

To crisp up the wings even more place then on the hot side of the grill for 30-45 seconds just long enough to crisp the skin before removing from the heat.

Step 3

Serve dry or with your favorite dipping sauce.
