SEAFOOD SALAD SANDWICH W/ MARTIN’S POTATO ROLL

This easy to prepare Seafood Salad Sandwich is loaded with seafood piled high on the pillowy soft Martin’s Potato Roll.

Ingredients

– Imitation Crab Meat – Shrimp Seafood Salad Dressing – Mayonnaise – Diced Celery – Scallions – Dijon Mustard – Sriracha

Combine all ingredients in the seafood salad dressing. Whisk until smooth.

Step 1

Fold in cooked shrimp and imitation crab.

Step 2

Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before assembling sandwiches.

Step 3

Always a crowd pleaser from the kids to the adults in my family.
