FRANK CAMPANELLA'S
– 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix – 2 Large Eggs – ⅔ cup Whole Milk – ½ tsp Chinese 5 Spice – ⅔ cup Pumpkin Puree – 2 tbsp Black Strap Molasses – ½ tsp Real Salt
Once the oven or grill is hot pour even amounts of cornbread batter into each skillet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until cornbread is fully cooked.
