SMOKED BABY BACK RIBS WITH BANG BANG SAUCE

A fun twist on traditional smoked baby back ribs. If you love baby back ribs but want a little extra kick this is the rib recipe for you!

Ingredients

-Baby Back Ribs -Maggi Seasoning or Soy Sauce -Avocado Oil -Jalapeño -Scallions -Sesame Seeds

Step 1

Preheat Smoker to 250 degrees F.

Step 2

Prepare the rub seasoning by combining the seasoning in a shaker jar or a bowl.

Step 3

Remove the membrane from the ribs and trim off any pieces of bone. Rub down the ribs with Maggi seasoning and avocado oil on both sides.

Step 4

Season the ribs on both sides and let sit for 15 minutes while the smoker heats up. Smoke the ribs at 250 degrees f. for 4 hours.
