The perfect inexpensive appetizer. These smoked hot dog burnt ends are easy to make and can be on the table in 90 minutes.

- Jumbo Hot Dogs or Polish Sausage -  Beer Mustard - Brown Sugar - BBQ Dry Rub - Honey - Butter

Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat the pellet grill to 250 degrees F. Using the slotdog press down on the hot dogs to leave score marks.

Step 2

Next, place the hot dogs in a 9×13 pan and coat with beer mustard then sprinkle on your favorite dry rub.

Step 3

Once the dogs have developed a crust remove them from the grill & cut them into thirds.

Step 4

Place the hot dog burnt ends back into the same 9×13 pan and top with brown sugar, honey, BBQ sauce, and sliced butter.
