– 6 lbs Pork Ribs  – ¼ cup Yellow Mustard – ⅓ cup BBQ Dry Rub – 6 tbsp Butter – 2 tbsp Honey – ¾ cup BBQ Sauce

REMOVE THE MEMBRANE.

SEASON THE BONE SIDE FIRST THEN THE MEAT SIDE.

Step 3

PUT RIBS IN THE FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE SMOKING.

Step 4

DON’T MOP TOO SOON.
