SOUTHWEST PASTA SALAD WITH SHRIMP

This Southwest Pasta Salad with shrimp is a delicious twist on traditional pasta salads with southwest flavors and chilled shrimp.

Ingredients

-Farfalle Pasta -Shrimp -Corn -Cherry Tomatoes -Black Olives -Shredded Cabbage -Shredded Cheddar -Scallions

Step 1

Boil farfalle in salted  water for 8-12 minutes until tender, Once pasta is fully cooked rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Step 2

While pasta is cooking saute corn in a pan with taco seasoning just until slightly charred then set aside to cool.

Step 3

In a large bowl add  all of your ingredients including cooked shrimp, pasta and all your veggies and cheese.

Step 4

Move Chicken breast to indirect heat and lightly baste with bbq sauce until chicken is fully cooked.
