When fresh peaches are in season you have to take full advantage and one of the easiest ways is to make the best grilled bbq peaches recipe.

Ingredients

– 4 Peaches Freestone, Large – 1 tbsp Honey Rub – ¼ cup Honey – 2 tsp Sriracha – 1 tbsp Lime Juice

Step 1

Find the seem on the peaches and then use a knife to cut into the peach until you hit the pit.

Step 2

Trim off any large chunks of thick fat and french the bones for presentation (optional) use butchers twine to tie the roast next to each bone to help hold the shape of the roast.

Step 3

Combine salt, pepper, granulated onion, and granulated garlic then season the roasts liberally on all sides

Step 4

Then rotate the peach all the way around with the blade in contact with the pit.
