Leftover Turkey Stroganoff is two amazing comfort foods combined into one mouthwatering recipe using holiday leftovers and some common pantry ingredients.

– Turkey – Turkey stock – Egg noodles – Frozen vegetables – Heavy cream – Cornstarch – Parsley – Nutmeg – Sage  – Onions

Ingredients

Step 1

Boil egg noodles in salted water for about 8 minutes until slightly undercooked. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

Step 2

Bring turkey stock and heavy cream to a simmer, stir together cornstarch and water then add to the stock.

Step 3

Stir together until the stock has thickened. Reduce heat to a simmer and add frozen veggies, chopped turkey and seasonings. Taste and adjust the salt as needed.

Step 4

Once the mixture is hot fold in the egg noodles if serving all together or serve individual portions separately.
