Shred up a whole chicken removing the skin and any bones into bite size piecesand place in a medium pan along with one cup of buffalo sauce. Simmer on low stirringoccationally until warm.
To prepare the slaw very finely slice celery on a bias cut, then cut carrots into thin matchsticks or shred using a box grater. Add them to bowl along with ranch, sour cream, honey, celery salt, chives, dill and white vinegar. toss all ingredients together and chill in the fridge until you are ready to plate.
To assemble the sandwiches toast your brioche buns in a pan then top with a ¼ of the shredded buffalo chicken on each bun then top with about a ¼ cup of the celery slaw. Enjoy!
