prepare the stove top stuffing to package instructions. Once prepared spread out in a pan and cool completely for about 30 minutes.
add the stove top stuffing to a mixing bowl and add 2 whisked eggs and chicken stock. Mix all ingredients together
Form the stuffing into 8 equal size balls ⅓ cup each. Pack the stuffing tightly so they hold their shape. Spray the waffle maker and press the stuffing into the bottom so the mixture fills the entire waffle maker.
Press the top of the waffle maker down and hold for about 15 seconds. Continue to cook until the waffle is crispy. Transfer to a cooling rack and store in the oven or microwave while you continue to make the rest of the waffles.
You can reheat the waffles in the air fryer or oven at 400 for about 5 minutes until waffles are golden and crispy.
