2tbspFresh ParsleyChopped

Instructions
Prep your fresh ingredients including parsley, scallions, and garlic then add to a bowl along with steak sauce
Add softened butter and crumbled blue cheese to the bowl and begin mashing until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the butter.
Scoop out half of the blue cheese butter and place it on a sheet of parchment or wax paper and roll it out into a cylinder shape. twist up the ends and store in the fridge for up to 3 months or up to 1 year in the freezer.
