Grilled Acorn Squash w/ Spicy Agave Glaze

Wash the outside of the acorn squash, then pat dry with a paper towel
Cut off the stem of the squash, then cut the squash in half. Scoop out the seeds, then cut the acorn squash into 1-inch thick wedges.
Toss the acorn squash with avocado oil, then season on all sides with your favorite dry rub.
Grill the acorn squash for about 45 minutes until tender at 350 degrees F.
Prepare the glaze by whisking together melted butter with bitters, agave, hot sauce, and pumpkin pie spice.
Brush on the glaze and grill for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Brush on another coat of any remaining glaze just before serving.
