An easy recipe for grilled Italian meatloaf sandwiches.

of 80% lean ground beef

shredded Parmesan cheese

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

cup
of marinara sauce
save extra from the jar for brushing on top of the meatloaf

of breadcrumbs

teaspoon
black pepper
¾
teaspoon
kosher salt

eggs

teaspoon
red pepper flakes

tablespoons
dried parsley

tablespoons
dried basil
2
tablespoons
dried oregano

of diced sweet onion

tablespoon
of diced garlic

cup
of minced carrots

Instructions
Lightly mix the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form the meatloaf on a grilling plank.
Place the grilling plank over medium direct heat (or indirect heat if not using a
Big Green Egg
)
The meatloaf is cooked when the meat registers 165 degrees F in the center.
Serve on a
Cobblestone Bread Co
(TM) Toasted Onion Roll and melt mozzarella cheese over top.
