Take the ginger and crush it with the back of a knife to open it up to help infuse with the tea. Next add the ginger along with the thyme to the mason jar, then squeeze the lemons into the mason jar then add the lemons as well
Fill Mason Jar with filtered water and add tea bags. leave the tea bag tags on the outside of the mason jar, then screw on lid.
Place mason jar in direct sunlight for 6-8 hours ideally, pour over ice add bourbon and sweetener to taste and enjoy responsibly
