Soak the bamboo skewers for at least 1 hour before you skewer the shrimp.
Place 2 raw shrimp down on your work surface so that they are intertwined. Place the skewer through the center of the shrimp just above the tail so that the skewer goes through each shrimp twice holding the shrimp in place. (See Video Above)
Brush the shrimp with avocado oil then season with dry rub on both sides
Prepare the Hoisin BBQ sauce by combining all ingredient in a bowl and whisking until smooth. set aside
Heat up your grill to between 375-400 degrees F
Once grill has come to temp place the shrimp over indirect heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. After flipping the first time brush the hoisin bbq sauce on the shrimp skewers.
Once the Grilled Shrimp Skewers are fully cooked remove them fron the grill.
Optional- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, chopped parsley, chili threads and korean chili flakes

serving size is ¼ pound of shrimp with 2 tbsp of sauce.Number of shrimp will vary depending on size.
