  • 1 lb Turkey Sliced or Chopped
  • 7 oz Brie Cheese Sliced
  • 1 Green Apple
  • ¼ stick Butter
  • 1 pk Hawaiian Rolls

Additional Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Cranberry Mayonnaise or Honey Dijon Dressing


  • Slice a package of Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the roll tops together as one. Set aside.
  • Spread cranberry mayo or dressing of choice on the bottom of the rolls, then top with sliced turkey, thinly sliced green apple, and brie cheese.
  • Place the top buns back on, and then brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F. until cheese has melted and buns are toasted.
