Ingredients

  • 1 lb Waffle Cut Fries

Toppings

  • 4 oz Crumbled Feta
  • ¼ cup Kalamata Olives
  • ¼ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • ½ cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • ¼ cup Pickled Onions

Ground Lamb Mixture

Instructions

  • In a pan crumble ground lamb and cook for about 5 minutes then add seasoning and continue cooking until done. Total cook time about 10 minutes. Once the meat is cooled drain lamb onto paper towels and set aside.
  • While the lamb is cooking you can cook your waffle fries either in an air fryer at 375 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes. You can also deep fry for about 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  • Once the fries and lamb are cooked begin layering fries into a pan topping with ground lamb, feta, olives, and tomatoes. Bake for 5-8 minutes at 400 degrees F. until the feta has melted.
  • Top your gyro fries with pickled onions, chives, tzatziki sauce

Notes

Serving size ¼ of the pan depending on ingredients.
You can substitute the lamb with ground chicken, turkey, beef or bison
